Compassionate psychosocial support and mediation for individuals, families, and communities.
Meet Baby Mogane-Ramahotswa
Our mission is to provide compassionate, professional psychosocial support and mediation services that promote healing, emotional resilience, and healthier relationships. We support individuals, families, and communities through life’s challenges—including divorce and family disputes—by facilitating respectful dialogue, informed decision-making, and constructive resolutions. We walk alongside those we serve with clarity, dignity, and a commitment to restoring hope and stability.

Our Approach
At BASADI, our approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and evidence-based social work practice. We create a safe, neutral space where individuals, couples, and families feel heard, understood, and supported through life’s most challenging moments. In both counselling and mediation, we facilitate constructive dialogue, promote mutual understanding, and guide clients toward practical, sustainable solutions—always upholding dignity, fairness, and emotional well-being.
Baby Safira Mogane-Ramahotswa is a registered social worker, counsellor and mediator with an impressive Master of Arts in Social Sciences and more than three decades of hands-on experience serving children, adults, couples, families, communities, and workplaces.
Her work spans trauma debriefing, grief recovery, relationship support, family therapy, workplace wellness, conflict mitigation and psychosocial assessments. Throughout her career in both government and private practice, Baby has helped individuals build resilience, navigate loss, manage emotional challenges, and rebuild relationships.
Baby’s strength lies in her compassion, deep listening, and ability to engage meaningfully with people from all backgrounds. Having personally journeyed through grief and healing, she brings heartfelt understanding to every session. She has also played a key role in community outreach, training facilitators, and leading support programmes, including more than a decade of involvement in the GriefShare recovery movement.
Warm, skilled, and deeply committed to service, Baby provides practical support and therapeutic guidance that empowers clients to move from crisis to clarity.
